Talgat Amangeldinovich Kassymbekov
Head of the Department of International Relations and Protocol
He was born on 13 July 1971. Graduated from the E. A. Buketov Karagandy State University, philologist, teacher of the Russian language and literature; Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, public service manager; National School of Public Policy (Kazakhstan) / School of Public Policy named after Lee Kuan Yew (Singapore), Master of public administration and local governance.

In January 2012, appointed to the position of Head of the Department of International Relations and Protocol of the Administration of the Mazhilis of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

He was awarded Certificate of Honor of the Republic of Kazakhstan and several commemorative medals.

Functions of the department

The main tasks and functions of the Section involve support of the international activities of the Mazhilis of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan, including:
- organizational and protocol, information-analytical and passport-visa support of inter-parliamentary and international activities of the Chairman, his deputies, deputies of the Mazhilis of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Office staff;
- ensuring interaction with inter - parliamentary organizations, foreign parliaments, diplomatic corps accredited in the Republic of Kazakhstan;
- organization of official and working visits of delegations of the Mazhilis of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan abroad and organization of official and working visits of the heads of foreign parliaments and inter-parliamentary organizations to the Republic of Kazakhstan;
- organizational and protocol coverage of international events.
