Deputy Head of the Administration of the Mazhilis of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan
He was born on 17 of April in 1978. Graduated from the M. Ospanov West Kazakhstan State Medical Academy and the K. Zhubanov Aktobe State University. General practitioner, lawyer.
In March 2016, appointed on the position of Head of the Administration of the Mazhilis of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
He was awarded with the medal “Eren enbegi ushin”.
