Born 05.03.1961, Kazakh, higher education, Kazakh State Academy of Management, economist, director of Aktobe Branch of JSC “KazKommertzBank”, member of Democratic Party of Kazakhstan «Ak Zhol», elected under a party list. 2016-2021 - member of the Mazhilis of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan of the sixth convocation.

Since 2021 - member of the Mazhilis of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan of the seventh convocation.
