Astana, November 27, House of Mazhilis. The Speaker of the Mazhilis Nurlan Nigmatulin and the Deputy Chairman of the State Duma of Russia Sergey Neverov conducted meeting within the International parliament conference devoted to the First President Day of Kazakhstan.

At the beginning of the meeting, the Speaker of the Mazhilis congratulated S. Neverov on his election as the head of the “United Russia” fraction in the State Duma, expressing confidence that this would give a new impulse to Kazakh-Russian relations, including at the inter-parliamentary level.

Within this, N.Nigmatulin emphasized high results in strengthening of bilateral and multilateral cooperation based on mutual understanding and friendship between the leaders of Kazakhstan and Russia.

N.Nigmatulin and S.Neverov stated their interest in continuing the exchange of experience in the legislative support of the ongoing reforms in both countries, the implementation of projects, including interregional development and cooperation.
