According to Yerlan Koshanov, all the tasks set by the Head of State on legislative support for the planned transformations are being carried out at the proper level and in a timely manner. So, in the last two months alone, the Mazhilis has adopted and sent 18 laws to the Senate for consideration. These are amendments on countering domestic violence, digitalization, science, business, liability insurance for medical workers, transfer pricing, and population migration.

Currently, in accordance with the instructions of the President, deputies are working on three codes at once – Budget, Water, Construction, as well as a number of important bills. Each proposed novel is widely discussed with experts and the public, and all events of the Chamber are open to the media and interested NGOs.

The Head of State was also informed about the work of the AMANAT party. Special emphasis was placed on the party projects "Auyl Amanaty", "Zher Amanaty", "Karyzyz kogam", developed as part of the implementation of the President's initiatives aimed at improving the welfare of citizens. All projects are focused on solving specific problems of the population and have received high support from society. Thus, within the framework of the Zher Amanaty project, more than 10 million hectares of land have been returned to the state in two years. In January-February, 15 thousand people were trained in financial literacy under the Karyzsyz Kogam project. It is planned to train 750 thousand citizens by the end of 2024.

In addition, Kassym-Jomart Tokayev was provided with information on the activities of legislators in the field of parliamentary diplomacy.
