Astana, November 27, House of Mazhilis. The Chairman of the Mazhilis Nurlan Nigmatulin conducted bilateral meetings with the Vice Speakers of parliaments of several countries within the framework of the International conference: “Kazakhstan modernization model in a new global reality”, organized just before the First President’s Day.

Promising areas of further cooperation are discussed during the meeting with Ahmet Aydin, Deputy Chairman of the Grand National Assembly of Turkey; Tamas Sneider, Vice Speaker of the Hungarian National Assembly; Valeri Jablyanov, Chairman of the National Assembly of Hungaria; Valeh Elesgerov, Vice Speaker of the Milli Majilis of Azerbaijan.

Expressing his gratitude to the parliamentarians for participating in the parliament forum, Nurlan Nigmatulin stressed the dynamics of high-level contacts that demonstrate mutual interest in the sustainable development of relations between the countries.

Referring to the interaction within the framework of the parliamentary assemblies of the OSCE, the CIS, the Turkic-speaking countries, the Speaker of the Mazhilis noted the importance of coordinating the efforts of parliamentarians to find solutions of the topical issues on the international agenda.

In turn, the parties noted the high level of the organized event, and also expressed their wishes to activate cooperation at the inter-parliamentary level.
