Secretary of the Committee on Foreign Affairs, Defense and Security of Mazhilis of Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan
Born in 1975 in Almaty.
Education:
1997 – Graduated Al-Farabi Kazakh National University with a degree in history.
Work experience:
– Chief Inspector, Advisor to the Main Department of Archives and Documentation of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
– Researcher at the Kazakhstan Institute for Strategic Studies;
– Worked as specialist, chief specialist, head of the Internal Policy Department and Deputy Director of the Media Department of the Ministry of Culture, Information and Public Reconciliation of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
– Director of the Department of Internal Policy of Atyrau Region;
– Head of the Sector of the Presidential Administration of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
– Press Secretary, Advisor of the «Ak Zhol» party;
– Advisor to the co-chairman of the «Nagyz Ak Zhol» party»;
– Deputy Editor-in-chief of the «Zhas Alash» newspaper;
– Head of the Altynbek Sarsenbayuly Foundation;
– Advisor to the Director of the National Library of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
– Freelance Advisor to the Minister of Social Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
– Vice President of the Kazakhstan Association for Political Studies.
