ALISHEV Kazybek Kurmangalievich
Member of the Committee on Agrarian Issues of Mazhilis of Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan
Mr. Alishev was born on February 3, 1978 in the Taldysay village, Mugalzhar district, Aktobe region.
Education
In 1995-1999, he studied Business and Law “Nur” at the Aktobe Non-governmental Institute of Management;
In 1996-1999, he studied Statistics and Informatics at the Moscow State University of Economics.
Married, has two children

Mr Alishev started his career in 1998 as a bailiff
From 2000 to 2003 Assistant Prosecutor of Khobda and Mugalzhar districts of Aktobe region
From 2003 to 2005 Deputy Prosecutor of Temir district, Aktobe region
From 2006 to 2008 Advisor to the General Director of BULAN LLP, Kulsary, Zhylyoy district, Atyrau region
From 2008 to 2010 Director of Corporate Business Development JV LLP “IGS-Sichim”, Atyrau city
In 2010 Acting Chief Specialist of the State Legal Department of the office of the Akim of Atyrau region
From 2010 to 2011 Head of the Department of Control over the execution of documentation of the office of the Akim of Atyrau region
