ARSYUTIN Nikolay Gennadievich
Member of the Committee on Legislation and Judicial and Legal Reform of Mazhilis of Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan
He was born in 1970 in the city of Pavlodar.
In June 2014, he graduated from the Ekibastuz Engineering and Technical Institute named after Academician K.I.Satpayev and the Kazakh-Russian University.
Military service in the ranks of the Soviet Army: June 1988 – May 1990, (Chekhov, Moscow region, Russian Federation).
He began his career in November 1987 at the Pavlodar Shipbuilding and Ship Repair Plant as an apprentice of a helmsman.
1990-1992 - motorist-helmsman "BT-319", motorist – sailor of the ship "Rocket-11", Verkhne - Irtysh River Shipping Company (Pavlodar);
1997 – Head of the CHMP "Irtysh", (Pavlodar);

At various times he was: a member of the NDP "Nur Otan", Chairman of the Ekibastuz branch of the People's Democratic Patriotic Party "AUYL"; deputy of the Ekibastuz city maslikhat, candidate for deputy of the Majilis of the Parliament from the People's Democratic Patriotic Party "AUYL".
He is a member of the Public Council of the city of Ekibastuz; Executive Director of the Public Association "For the Future of Ekibastuz"; President of the Association of Legal Entities in the form of the Association "Association of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs of the city of Ekibastuz"; head of the Ekibastuz branch of the Republican Public Association "National Movement against Corruption "ZHANARU"; Vice-President of the Republican NOMAD MMA Federation for the Pavlodar region; Chairman The Board of Trustees of the Umit orphanage.
Deputy Chairman of the People's Democratic Patriotic Party "AUYL". Member of the Assembly of People of Kazakhstan (2023).
Since March 2023 – Deputy of the Majilis of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan of the VIII convocation, elected on the party list of the People's Democratic Patriotic Party "AUYL", member of the Committee on Legislation and Judicial and Legal Reform.
He was awarded the Gratitude of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan (2015); the badge "Shapagat" (2020); has a number of departmental insignia and medals.
He has two sons and grandchildren.
