Biography
DAIRABAYEV Zhiguli Moldakalykovich
Member of the Committee on Agrarian Issues of Mazhilis of Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan
Born in 1954 in the village Merke located in Merke district, Zhambyl region.
In 1981, was graduated from Kazakh Agricultural Institute and received the degree of scientific agronomist.
Started a career as a shepherd’s assistant and a vehicle driver of the collective farm called “Way for communism”.
In 1972, served in the armed forces, reserve officer.
In 1974 worked as a secretary of the Komsomol Collective Farm Committee “Way for communism” of the Lugovoi district.
In 1972 was elected as a Chairman of the collective farm committee “Way for communism” of the Lugovoi district.
In 1980 served as a Chairman of the Kamensk rural executive committee.
In 1984 worked as an instructor of the Lugovoi district committee of the KazSSR.
In 1985 was a party committee secretaryof the state farm “Algabas” of the Lugovoi district.
In 1985 elected as a Chairman of the Board of collective farm named after Zhambyl of the Lugovoi district.
In 1995 was a director of the state farm “Koragaty”
In 1997 served a Head of the statistics department of the T.Ryskulov district
In 2001 worked as a director the HSU “Birlik” of the Shu district, as a director of “ Kazeksim-Merke” of the Merke district.
In 2009 was an executive director of the LLP “MOLBAL”
In 2015 was elected as Chairman of Zhambyl regional branch of RPO “Kazakhstan Farmers Union” .
From December, 2015 is a President of RPO “Kazakhstan Farmers Union”.
From June, 2020 is a Chairman of the Kazakhstan Farmers Association.
From June, 2022 is a Chairman of the agro-industrial complex committee of the Republican chamber of entrepreneurs “Atameken”.
From December, 2022 is a Vice-President of the People’s Democratic Patriotic party “Auyl”.
In addition, between 1990-1995 was elected as a Deputy of the Supreme Council of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Awarded a medal “10 years of Independence of the Republic of Kazakhstan”, “25 years of Independence of the Republic of Kazakhstan”, “30 years of Independence of the Republic of Kazakhstan”, “Veteran of Labour of the Republic of Kazakhstan”, “Respected Veteran”, “For the invested hard work in the development of the region”, “The best in the agro-industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan”.
Married and has three children.
