Biography
MAMBETOV Yerkebulan Nurmagambetovich
Secretary of the Committee on Agrarian Issues of Mazhilis of Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan
Born in 1962 in the village of Novoaleksandrovka, Bishkul district, North Kazakhstan region.
In 1985 he was graduated from Omsk Agricultural Institute with a major in mechanical engineering.
In 2005, he completed successfully his studies at the Kazakh Agrotechnical University named after S. Seifullin majoring in Management Economics.
He started his career in 1979 as a laboratory assistant at the North Kazakhstan Scientific Research Institute of Animal Husbandry.
In 1980, he was a worker at the Novonikolsky state farm in the Bishkul district of North Kazakhstan region.
In 1985, he was a field engineer of the department No. 1 of the Novonikolsky state farm in the Bishkul district of North Kazakhstan region.
1987-1989 – Maintenance Engineer of the machine and tractor park of the Novonikolsky state farm in the Bishkul district of North Kazakhstan region.
1989-1993 – Chief engineer of the state farm "Minkessersky" Mamlyutsky district of North Kazakhstan region.
1993-1997 – Director of the state farm "Minkessersky" located in Mamlyutsky district of North Kazakhstan region.
1997-1998 – Chairman of the Board of the production cooperative "Minkessersky" of Mamlyutsky district of North Kazakhstan region.
1998-2004 – Director of the limited partnership "Mambetov and Company" of Mamlyutsky district of North Kazakhstan region.
2004-2007 – Akim of Mamlyutsky district of North Kazakhstan region.
2007-2008 – Akim of the Kyzylzhar district of North Kazakhstan region.
2009-2023 – General Director of the limited partnership "Mambetov and Company" of Mamlyutsky district of North Kazakhstan region.
2011-2023 – Independent member of the Board of Directors of SEC "Soltustik"
Awarded the Order of "Kurmet" (1999), the anniversary medals of "50 years of a virgin land", "10 years of the Constitution of Kazakhstan", "20 years of Independence of the Republic of Kazakhstan", "20 years of the Constitution of Kazakhstan", "20 years of Astana", "25 years of independence of the Republic of Kazakhstan", "30 years of independence of the Republic of Kazakhstan".
In 2008, he was voted "Person of the Year".
In 2015, he was awarded the badge "Enbek Danky" III degree.
In 2016, he was awarded the honorary badge of the Encyclopedia Hero "The Best People".
In 2016, he received the badge "The leader of the agricultural industry".
In different years, he was elected a deputy of the North Kazakhstan regional Maslikhat
Member of the AMANAT party.
Since March 28, 2023 – Deputy of the Mazhilis of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan of the eighth convocation in a single-mandate constituency.
He is married and has four children.
